At Amoura Éclat, every piece is made to order and crafted with care. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

PRODUCTION TIME

All orders are handcrafted upon purchase. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

United States:

- Standard Shipping (Free) — 5–10 business days

- Priority Shipping — 1–2 business days (additional charge at checkout)

United Kingdom & Europe:

- Standard Shipping (Free) — 7–14 business days

- Priority Shipping — 2–5 business days (additional charge at checkout)

All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or USPS depending on destination.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

DELAYS

Amoura Éclat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
